We are currently seeking a French Software Support Analyst for a well-established organisation based in Czech Republic.
As a Software Support Analyst you will:
• Provide application support for non-standard software applications
• Be able to explain problems with applications and resolve issues with end-users
• Perform analysis for each issue, escalating as necessary
• Coordinate efforts with other teams and teammates to resolve issues quickly also translating customer information into English to communicate with internal colleagues
Skills and Experience:
• Technical education and/or experience in this field.
• Native/Fluency in French and Proficiency in English
• Experience or knowledge of JAVA or .NET technologies
• Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL)
• Understanding of basic Object Oriented Principals (OOP)
