Senior Business Developer Executive, German Market

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer Executive to cover the German market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)

This role is for someone with more than 8 years’ experience working in business development and with excellent knowledge of the HORECA sector.

Successful candidates must have a proven track record working in these countries & must be bilingual or trilingual; English + German. French is desirable

We are looking for candidates capable of working in total independency and willing to travel more than 80% of the time.

You will be reporting to the European Head Manager!

Some of the responsibilities involve are:

-Deploying effective distribution channels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

-Managing your portfolio, networking and generating your own leads in order to reach your targets.

-Developing new ideas, plans and events to offer the latest products to the right audience.

-Working and supporting the Sales Team and making sure the goals are sync

-Visiting Vendors, distributors, promoting existing and new products to growth your sales and market

-Promoting and marketing the brand at all time, channels, and medias in the region

-Providing accurate feedback to the production team and suggesting way of constantly improve the products and services.

-Following up and ensuring the quality of the after sales services to your region and portfolio

-Creating and proposing strategies on an account basis/region to increase revenue opportunities

-Conducting product demonstrations and client presentations

-Other duties as required

Candidates must bring:

-Business development experience in a challenge Horeca environment

-Expert negotiation skills and creative thinking

-Excellent customer relationship is a must (at all levels)

-Analytical thinking and independency are a key to succeed in this role

-Fluent in English+ German. French, Italian or Dutch are a plus

-Commercial degree is desirable

-Willing to travel at all time with documents fully updated

-Achiever and self-motivated

We are looking for an executive with motivations to be hands-on in this market. Someone who is not scared of thinking out of the box.
