We are looking for a Back Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Your Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for incidents and service requests logged by the end users
• Receive, log, and manage tickets received via phone / email / chat
• Prioritize requests and incidents based on impact and urgency by selecting the relevant severity level
• Escalate and coordinate unresolved tickets
• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
