We are hiring a French Customer Representative (French speaking native – near native), you will be part of a leader multinational based in Greece, with good market position and business.
Make sure of supplying technical support to customers, that can include:
- Following services satisfaction and standard performance
- Creating and managing user accounts/password, subscriptions…
- Handling the access management with shared folders
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of applications
- Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, VPN and computer hardware
- Any other technical issue related to End User Computing
Skills and Knowledge:
- Background and a solid base of knowledge with various Operating Systems and informatics services and packaged applications (Windows 7 x32/x62, Office 365, SCCM 2012 R2, Windows Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/, Admin Studio; etc.)
- Computer hardware troubleshooting experience
- Printer/scanner troubleshooting background
- Knowledge of ITIL ideal
- Basic Administration of Lotus Notes messaging
- Native or Fluent French plus Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
