We are hiring a French Customer Representative (French speaking native – near native), you will be part of a leader multinational based in Greece, with good market position and business.

Jobs Responsibilities:

Make sure of supplying technical support to customers, that can include:

  • Following services satisfaction and standard performance
  • Creating and managing user accounts/password, subscriptions…
  • Handling the access management with shared folders
  • Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of applications
  • Installation and troubleshooting of Windows, VPN and computer hardware
  • Any other technical issue related to End User Computing

Skills and Knowledge: 

  • Background and a solid base of knowledge with various Operating Systems and informatics services and packaged applications (Windows 7 x32/x62, Office 365, SCCM 2012 R2, Windows Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/, Admin Studio; etc.)
  • Computer hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Printer/scanner troubleshooting background
  • Knowledge of ITIL ideal
  • Basic Administration of Lotus Notes messaging

Skills:

  • Native or Fluent French plus Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Passion for the technology.
